BIX Gold Surfer is a rule-based MetaTrader Expert Advisor designed primarily for trading Gold (XAUUSD). It uses an internal directional flow engine that evaluates closed candles to determine market direction, opening buy or sell positions when direction is confirmed, closing positions during neutral market phases, and reversing only after opposite-direction confirmation. The EA trades fixed lots, with optional stop loss and take profit, a neutral zone filter, same-direction re-entry protection, and a floating loss protection feature that closes positions when a maximum loss percentage is reached. It explicitly avoids grid, martingale, and position stacking; the signal timeframe is a configurable input.
