Breakout Adaptive is a MetaTrader expert advisor that trades Donchian channel breakouts, entering on a confirmed close beyond the highest high or lowest low over a configurable lookback period. Risk is managed with an ATR-based stop loss, tiered partial closes at fixed R multiples, breakeven and ATR trailing stops, and profit-giveback protection that closes the position if profit retraces a configurable percentage of its peak R. Position sizing is risk-percent based with optional compounding and includes an adaptive engine that reduces the risk multiplier after consecutive losses and restores it gradually after wins.
