Breakout News is a MetaTrader 5 expert advisor that trades volatility around manually scheduled high-impact news events. During a user-defined time window it calculates the high/low range of the last N bars and places one Buy Stop and one Sell Stop at a configurable distance outside that range, cancelling the opposite order once one fills. Risk is managed with ATR-based stop loss and take profit, static or ATR-dynamic trailing stops, spread limits, and daily profit/loss, consecutive-loss, and drawdown circuit breakers. It trades one instrument per instance and supports fixed lot, compounding, or ATR-based position sizing.
