Caicai Long and Short Pair Trading (CaicaiLS Pro) is a quantitative MetaTrader expert advisor for long/short pair trading based on statistical arbitrage. It monitors correlation and cointegration between two correlated assets (e.g., stocks, REITs, futures, forex, crypto, or indices such as USA30 and USA500) and enters long/short positions when the Z-Score spread between the legs dislocates, using an OLS log or ratio model, with optional momentum breakout logic. Entries are filtered by statistical tests (ADF, Hurst) plus volatility and spread filters, and risk is managed through configurable stop loss (monetary, balance percentage, or Z-Score), capital-neutral or beta-neutral lot balancing, optional controlled grid reentries, time-based closing, and daily gain/loss limits. It also includes a virtual 'Shadow Execution' engine that simulates trades before mirroring them to the real account, and the timeframe is flexible depending on the user's cointegration study.
