Donchian Mean Reversion is a MetaTrader expert advisor that combines Donchian Channel breakouts with an RSI filter to identify overbought/oversold conditions and trade the expected pullback toward the channel midpoint. It places pending Buy Stop / Sell Stop orders at an ATR-based distance, uses an ATR-based stop loss with trailing, and sets take profit at the channel midpoint. Money management can be fixed lot or a percentage of balance/equity/free margin, and it includes a session time filter with automatic closure outside the window, maximum spread control, and margin checks before ordering. It is recommended for XAUUSD (Gold) on the M5 timeframe, with configurable Max Spread and slippage parameters.
