It builds a price range between 01:00 and 06:00 broker server time on the M15 timeframe and enters a short position only when a completed M15 candle breaks below the range, with a maximum of one new trade per day and an invalidation rule if the first qualifying breakout occurs between 15:00 and 15:59.
