EventBurst is a MetaTrader 5 expert advisor for gold (XAUUSD) that trades around US Federal Reserve policy decisions. It places no order before the release; instead it waits for the release hour to close, measures the size of that hour's move against an ATR threshold, and if large enough enters at the next H1 bar's open in the direction of the move (a Fade mode reverses this). Trades use a fixed ATR-based stop loss, a target of 2.5 times the stop distance, and a time-based exit after four hours; Fed decision dates through 2028 are embedded in the EA. It trades roughly six times per year and requires a hedging account.
