First Bar is a breakout expert advisor for MetaTrader. The user selects a specific daily bar; when that bar closes, the EA places two pending stop orders, one at the high and one at the low of the candle, and cancels the opposite order once one is triggered. Stop loss is placed one tick beyond the opposite side of the bar (below the low for buys, above the high for sells), and the take profit is set as a customizable multiple of the stop range. The EA exposes inputs for risk-reward settings intended for use with MetaTrader's strategy optimizer on any chosen symbol.
