Forktongue EMA is a fully automated trend-following MetaTrader expert advisor that trades on the crossover of two configurable exponential moving averages, confirming signals on completed candles. It includes a configurable trading-time window to avoid scheduled high-impact news and a gap-protection filter that skips entries after large adverse opening gaps. Each trade is opened with configurable Stop Loss and Take Profit attached, lot size is checked against free margin (with fixed or risk-percentage sizing), and opposing signals close the existing position first. It can run on any symbol and timeframe the broker supports, on gold, major pairs, or indices.
