Gold Breakout EA is a fully automated MetaTrader 5 expert advisor for XAUUSD on the M15 timeframe. It was generated with StrategyQuant and runs as a fixed rule set: it compares a 50-period SMA against the upper Bollinger Band (62, 2.0) to detect upward breakout conditions, then places a Buy Stop pending order at the highest price of a server-time session window (default 06:00–19:30); the order expires after a set number of bars and only one trade is open at a time, with the current build long-only. Risk is managed with a volatility-based stop loss of 1.9 × ATR(35) and a trailing stop of 1.8 × ATR(104) instead of a fixed take-profit, and position size is computed from a fixed dollar-risk amount per trade (default $100) with a maximum lot cap. The lot multiplier is 1.0 by default, so no martingale scaling is applied; requires a hedging-type MT5 account and correct broker server-time configuration for the session window.
