Gold Trend Engine is a trend-following expert advisor for MetaTrader that trades XAUUSD (gold) on the H4 timeframe. It enters long positions on channel breakout signals confirmed by a multi-period trend filter, holds a single position at a time, and manages trades with partial profit-taking, a stop moved to breakeven after the first target, and a trailing stop after the second. Risk per trade is set at 1% by default with a dynamic ATR-based stop loss, and the seller states it does not use martingale, grid, scalping, or arbitrage. An ECN/RAW account, leverage of 1:100 or higher, a minimum deposit of 500 USD (2,000 USD recommended), and a VPS are recommended.
