Gotobi Overnight JPY is a MetaTrader 5 expert advisor that trades a calendar effect on the Japanese yen: it opens long positions on USDJPY and EURJPY at 23:00 Japan time on the eve of 'gotobi' dates (days ending in 5 or 0, when Japanese firms settle invoices) and closes them at 09:53 the next morning via a time exit. Gotobi dates are computed from the Japanese holiday calendar rather than a fixed table. Entries are long-only, one position per symbol, with a fixed risk per trade (0.75% of equity, capped at 2.0% in code) and a hard stop loss at 0.5 x ATR(14) of the daily chart sent with each order. The seller explicitly states the EA uses no grid, no martingale, and no averaging down, and includes features such as spread protection, daily loss/profit limits, an optional news filter, and an information panel.
