HotNews is a fully automated news-trading expert advisor for MetaTrader 5 that reads the economic calendar and places stop pending orders a configurable number of minutes before high-impact news releases, removing unfilled orders after the event. It works on any currency pair and timeframe, with defaults optimized for EURUSD on H1, and uses automatic or fixed lot sizing. Risk is managed with per-weekday stop loss and trailing stop/breakeven settings; the seller states no martingale or grid techniques are used. Position accounting requires a hedging account, and backtesting uses a CSV calendar database via a separate free utility.
