Magaiver is a MetaTrader 5 expert advisor designed for day trading, with a default setup optimized for Gold (XAUUSD) on the M5 timeframe. It uses a channel-based breakout approach called Cycle Theory: at the start of a session it draws an Opening Range (channel) from the first candles, classifies it as a Normal or Split channel, and then enters on buy or sell triggers at the channel levels via market or pending orders. Risk is managed with a percentage-based lot calculation, a stop loss placed on the opposite side of the channel, a take profit defined as a multiple of the channel height, optional reversal trades after a stop-out, an optional second order, a level-based trailing stop, and daily loss limits. It also includes spread and news filters, a mandatory closing time, and state persistence after terminal restarts.
