MercatorEA is an automated Expert Advisor for MetaTrader that trades XAUUSD (Gold). It attaches to the Daily (D1) chart for macro-level analysis using a proprietary UP/DOWN volatility bounding algorithm with a three-layer filter, and executes entries on the M15 timeframe. The EA places a single standalone trade at a time with a hard Stop Loss and Take Profit, plus an optional trailing stop, and does not use martingale, grid, or loss averaging. Position sizing is either balance-progression based (lot increases per balance step) or fixed lot.
