MomentumShield is a fully automated MetaTrader expert advisor that combines True Strength Index and Volume Weighted Average Price signals for entries. Its core feature is a two-stage recovery mechanic: when a trade moves against the position and reaches the midpoint toward its stop loss, a pending order placed at that fifty-percent retracement level is activated as a second trade, while the original trade's stop is tightened to a small fractional loss. Risk management includes an initial one-to-one risk-to-reward setup, a configurable daily equity protection module that closes all positions and halts trading once a maximum daily loss percentage is reached, a session-time filter, fixed or percentage-based position sizing, and an optional mode that keeps stop loss and take profit levels hidden from the broker.
