Phoenix Recovery is a MetaTrader expert advisor for XAUUSD on the M30 timeframe. It evaluates signals once per closed bar, entering when EMA(8)/EMA(21) trend direction is confirmed by an RSI(14) pullback zone and the color of the last closed candle, with ATR-based stop loss and take profit. Rather than a grid, it uses a single-position recovery mechanism: after a loss, the next trade's lot size is increased by a fixed multiplier, capped by a maximum step count and a hard risk-percent ceiling, resetting after a win. A drawdown kill-switch can block new entries and optionally close the open position, and the EA includes a custom optimizer scoring function that ranks runs by equity curve smoothness and stability.
