PrimeQuantum Almanac is a MetaTrader 5 portfolio expert advisor that trades a fixed universe of 31 instruments (FX majors and crosses, gold, silver, crude oil, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and US index CFDs) through seven rule-based engines, including trend following, index-open fade, month-end FX flows, pair trading, a VIX-based hedge, and a pre-FOMC engine. It attaches to any single chart and manages all symbols internally, so the chart's symbol and timeframe do not matter. Position sizing is fixed to a yearly stake that resets each January 1 and never increases after losses; there is no grid, martingale, or averaging down, and no fixed stop-loss on individual trades, with exits handled by scheduled, rule-based windows and risk controlled at the sizing layer. Three risk presets (Low, Standard, High) change only position sizing, and most other inputs are sealed.
