Range Strike EA is a fully automated MetaTrader 5 expert advisor that trades breakouts from local price consolidations, filtered by Fair Value Gap (FVG) detection on the lower timeframe. It opens a single order per signal—either immediately on the breakout candle or after a price retest of the range line or FVG edge—and every trade carries a stop loss and take profit that can be fixed, based on range height, or ATR-derived. The EA includes breakeven locking and an optional time-based exit before day end. It is recommended for Forex, indices, or Gold, defaults to H1, and supports fixed lots or percentage-based risk sizing; default settings are prepared for USDJPY with additional settings provided for DE40, US30, and XAUUSD.
