Robust Range Breakout is a fully automated breakout expert advisor for MetaTrader 5 that records the high and low of a user-defined time window and enters on breakouts of that range, with a choice of conservative candle-close or immediate breakout triggers. It is marketed as avoiding grid, martingale, and averaging-down techniques, using a stop loss and take profit calculated as a percentage of the range size, plus an optional trailing stop. Lot sizing supports fixed lot, fixed money risk, or percent-of-account risk, and the EA includes automatic New York DST adjustment, a max-range filter, a day-of-week filter, and a configurable range-close time. The seller notes backtesting was performed on XAUUSD on the M5 timeframe.
