This MetaTrader expert advisor implements a breakout strategy based on the RSI oscillator rather than price levels. It detects pivot highs and lows on the RSI line, draws descending resistance and ascending support trendlines between consecutive pivots, and opens a buy when RSI breaks above a descending resistance line or a sell when it breaks below an ascending support line, using a configurable buffer to filter minor crosses. Each trade carries fixed stop loss and take profit in points with a 1:2 ratio; there is no grid, martingale, trailing stop, or position sizing, and trades are closed only by SL or TP. The seller recommends liquid forex pairs and commodities such as gold and oil on charts from 15 minutes to 4 hours.
