SM Telegram Scanner PRO is a MetaTrader 5 utility that monitors multiple financial instruments for RSI overbought and oversold conditions from a single background chart. When a condition is met on candle close, it sends a Telegram push notification containing the symbol, timeframe, RSI value, and current price. Inputs include the Telegram bot token, chat ID, a configurable symbol list, RSI period (default 14), and overbought/oversold levels (defaults 70/30). It is a signaling tool only and does not execute trades or apply any risk management such as stop loss, grid, or martingale.
