Smart Hedge MT5 is a protection utility that temporarily hedges open positions before weekend market closures and news releases, neutralizing net open volume and closing the hedge positions after the event passes. It scans M1 bars to detect market open/close times and downloads an upcoming news calendar; users can configure which symbols, magic numbers, gap types, and news impact levels to protect. It does not generate entry signals itself and is intended to be attached to any chart and timeframe. Hedging positions can optionally carry Stop Loss and Take Profit levels calculated as a quota of the protected positions' levels.
