SmartWay EA (formerly SmartTrade EA) is a fully automated MetaTrader 5 expert advisor designed for trading XAUUSD (Gold) on the M5 timeframe. It uses a cycle-based money management approach that opens multiple buy or sell positions with configurable lot sizes and step spacing, and V2.0 adds spike detection that adapts the step size after strong market moves. Risk is managed through cycle resets, a maximum drawdown percentage, minimum profit targets for closing cycles, spread limits, and position caps rather than per-trade stop losses.
