This is a MetaTrader expert advisor that combines two order-opening mechanisms: a timer-based function that opens one buy and one sell order at a specified time, and a momentum-based function that measures market speed in points per second and opens additional orders according to a configurable loop count. Exits use a trailing stop expressed as a percentage of equity, with a lot-size limit to cap exposure and an optional equity-target stop that closes all trades when a set account level is reached.
