Xau Friction Overdrive is a MetaTrader expert advisor for gold (XAUUSD) that trades momentum breakouts it identifies through a multi-timeframe structure filter (H1 trend, M15 structure, M5 volume spikes). When strong price movement meets high volume at resistance, it enters in the breakout direction and can scale into positions using an adaptive grid ('Absolute Repulsion Field') with ATR-based step expansion and reversal confirmation via Stochastic and Bollinger Bands. Risk is managed through equity-based drawdown shields at staged levels, an automated break-even mechanism, and four built-in presets with different risk, grid, and lot parameters for various account sizes. The EA includes an on-chart HUD/dashboard and a conservative preset that disables the grid entirely.
