XAU Symmetrical Vacuum is a MetaTrader 5 expert advisor for gold (XAUUSD, XAUUSD.m, GOLD) that trades on the M15 chart. It looks for points where an expansion of roughly $X$ points is followed by a roughly equal retracement, which the seller calls a 'vacuum void', and enters trades intended to catch the price move back into that zone; entries are filtered by H1 trend and M5 momentum checks across multiple timeframes. Risk management includes a loss-cutting reverse-position 'bailout' on large adverse spikes, virtual (hidden) stop loss and take profit levels, break-even and trailing stops, partial closes, a recovery factor applied after losses (which the seller states is not a martingale), and drawdown-based risk scaling at 2%, 5%, and 10% levels. Four built-in presets (Conservative, Balanced, Aggressive, Micro) adjust the risk profile, with a default per-trade risk of 0.2%.
