The Arbiter is a MetaTrader 5 multi-symbol signal tool that continuously scans a configurable basket of instruments and evaluates each against seven confirmation layers (EMA trend, RSI, market structure, support/resistance proximity, candle patterns, ATR volatility, and MACD). A symbol only qualifies when at least six of seven layers agree and a composite score threshold is met; the tool surfaces only the single best-ranked setup per cycle via popup, push, and sound alerts, or can optionally auto-execute entries with broker-aware stop level handling. Thresholds, weights, cooldowns, and indicator periods are all configurable inputs. No grid, martingale, or stop-loss management is described, and no symbols or timeframes are specified beyond being user-configurable.
