The Arbiter is a MetaTrader 5 multi-symbol signal tool that continuously scans a configurable basket of instruments and evaluates each against seven confirmation layers (EMA trend, RSI, market structure, support/resistance proximity, candle patterns, ATR volatility, and MACD).
